Weighbridge Scales

PORTABLE AXLE WEIGH BRIDGE

Light enough to be portable yet large enough for any type of vehicle. Weighing Pads not only looks tough, they are built tough. Can be used in almost any applications. Can accommodate for virtually any vehicle’s axle arrangement with the simple use of dummy plates. These are simply rubber spacers of different sizes that can be placed between multiple pads.

FIXED AXLE WEIGH BRIDGE

Provides the easiest and quickest method of obtaining axle weights of all types of road vehicles. Can be operated either statically (stop and go), or dynamically (in motion) which gives the best results when weighing large vehicles with self-compensating suspension systems. Usually installed where scale needs to become part of the road and the weighing is integral to other processes. Locations such as border crossings, toll lanes, shipping and ports gates are typical examples for permanent system.

MODULAR WEIGH BRIDGE

Their main feature is the "Ease Of Erection". Modular Weigh bridges can be dismantled easily and again erected with ease at any other location. A new and revolutionary concept that offers a high level of accuracy and the lowest level of maintenance than most of the other weighbridge types.

STANDARD WEIGHTS - (CALIBRATION MASSES)

A wide variety of calibration masses are available. Accuracy Class include M2 and F1.
M2 masses are available in 50kg, 20kg, 10kg and 5kg. Made of Mild Steel Material, square shaped with a handle and come in 1pc Fabrication.
F1 masses are available in 2kg-Img. Made of Stainless Steel Material, cylindrically shaped with a knob and come in 1pc Fabrication. M2 come as individual units while F1 come in Set, packed in polished wooden box, lined with velvet and provided with forceps.
